So in other words a perfect, remote place to easily set up a new community with a lot of the heavy infrastructure lifting already done.
I get the feeling that this will become a new bolthole shortly.

Reading through the archive, there’s a lot of heavy lifting to do and not a lot of time before the end of the world hits. If they’re going to do this, it needs to be done yesterday.
