I kind of like the robo-squid. It (he? they? I’m not going to presume gender on an entity that only has a body in the first place when it needs one) seems pretty good at the whole open and honest thing to put our heroes at… Well, not at ease, these people are way too paranoid about everything to be at ease, but at least convince them to tamp down on the itchy trigger finger reflexes at least for now.
… of course, that could be the point entirely, but I think we’ve discussed before that the Towers are plenty powerful enough not to need to resort to that kind of subterfuge.
