Adah survived, though she lost her self except for her name. Did the Thinker survive? (BTW, Dumuzi is NOT the Thinker, he is a tulpa created by the Thinker; if the Thinker did not survive, then Dumuzi is on his own now).
Which means the Thinker (or his “agents”) may still be using this place.
