Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.
An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.
Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.
The reasons I asked about the house ownership is that Adah is only a month or two from being the celebrated sole survivor of Starfall. Her name being on the deed should attract the media like flies. This could also be a useful distraction/cover while Miko, Targeter, and House Caladharas Intel investigate Dehane’s operations on Maris Island.
This all goes into a cocked hat if it was an anonymous purchase by Miko’s corp.
As for Adah, she has been backstopped through Miko and Caladharas House. As far as the official records are concerned, she has been in the Erech area since a few months before communication was lost with the other continent due to The Mist.
And that bit of information would only be found by someone going through confidential immigration/custom records. Miko did her utmost to make sure that Adah would remain safely, and legally anonymous.
