    Caladharas Keep has “the biggest arms control treaty violation you’ll ever see?” On the assumption that outsiders aren’t using the Keep for their own private arsenals, it’s starting to sound like Grandpa is/was even less on the up and up than I supposed. Gotta wonder about the treaty and how it was written too.
