Chandler and Dehane … they look the same because they ARE the same.
You gave me enough hints over the years. Laura McAllen recalling Andry saying that Dehane (Bellisarius’ intelligence chief) was a ghost, even to Bellisarius; no one could pin down who he was. Chandler’s appearance, at the meeting at Chandler Communications. Which I put off to you re-using a model. And then Targeter and Ian comparing notes about Chandler being a bit “off”. Ian even said, “All he’d need would be some color contacts and he could pass as normal” (if the guy they talked with was the Man with Dead Eyes).
I am impressed with the amount of planning you have put into this story.
