Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.
An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.
Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.
OK, so the Dehane personality changes the eye color of its host body to match its personality. That still leaves the question of who killed Starfall? Dehane didn’t have the ‘kill everybody’ strain.
Dehane had done so well these millennia. Now he screws up. Bellisarius are like roaches, you have to get them all then search and scour for eggs and young. SIGH, getting fossilized in the brain pan.

Historically, so far things have *not* gone well for people who decided Ian was of “no consequence”.
Found it, although he wasn’t talking to Lyra. So the repetition makes sense, given what we know of Dehane’s paranoia & information partitioning.
