   Is the picture in the background a reference to Fallout? – The Sierra Madre Casino. There are several radio broadcasts that you get in the game out of the Mojave Desert, and there are several broadcasts that you get, all of which reference the Sierra Madre Casino and the opportunity to “Begin Again…”

     Yes, it is. I was in the middle of the Dead Money DLC at the time, and decided to throw it in as a wink and nod kinda thing.

   FNV? That’s subtle. I went in and killed House rather than waste time on his BS, and then never went back. Barely remember anything about the casinos.
