House Tindal. Physicist, Head of the Crystal One development team and all around curious man. A late term cancer patient, Dr. Gage heads out to Bellisarius Territory to settle his own curiosity about some flaws in the eyewitness reports. He now finds himself spending the last days of his life with his reformed team of Crystal One scientists in an attempt to prevent the literal end of the world.
This is about more than a gratuitous bikini shot. This about how we each create and re-create reality, with and without the use of technology.
It also poses difficult questions about what each one of us does with such power, on a day to day basis. With a little thought, you’ll realize that this is the deep end of the philosophical and scientific swimming pool.
Pretty much this entire section (10 comics including the double sized ones) was done within a two day span of time (written, rendered, edited). In addition to the philosophical stuff, this batch also was kind of a meditation about what some people are really seeking…and how it is not always as earth shaking as people may think it is.
And the final comic in this batch is another double, and comes tomorrow. No cliffhanger, I promise. I did Friday as a double so that there wouldn’t be a cliffhanger on this. 🙂
Ordinarily , I wouldn’t comment to this degree, but….
I was thinking the degree of the play ( a factor here I believe ) between two members of a loving couple was cut short or less than it may have gone, but this is what artistic license is all about .
And yes , eye candy is always nice.
Philosophy , now…..
I’m enough of a gear head to appreciate how thin and how little the material products of our civilizations ,have aided its rise and evolutions, and how comparatively recent we’ve gone beyond the fire and brute force methods of doing things ( but not wholly at this point ) , and yes reality is changing daily, with the realizations of thought .
But, push come to shove ( ironic, that phrase ) , despite world destroying capabilities, new and ungodly (?) forces regardless , I see this as about relationships, and interactions. At the end of the day , we all want to take care of friends and families , on what ever the scale.
It all too quickly become ” and this too shall pass ”

The eye candy? Yeah, that’s a nice touch.
