I’ve been holding off on this, until a few things with computer systems got sorted out, but I have some good news to report. My friend Jaison Stefaniak has started up Dragon Girl Noriko again! In addition, another comic is running simultaneously called “Obsidian” which has just started up
It’s been a long time coming, and I’m glad to see it’s up and going again. At any rate, get over there and check out the news posts over there for further info on what’s going on with DGN and Obsidian. I think you’ll find them to be of some interest 🙂
I understand you’re doing the artwork. Despite my low opinion of most manga, I was following DGN until it stopped – found it interesting. I’m glad to see you’ve helped get it up and running again.

I haven’t done anything yet. We have a few things that need to be cleaned up, and Jai is being good enough to cover those so I can get to a good jump in point.
Overall, I think this project is going to be fun. There are a number of things I have been wanting to try out that don’t really fit in with requiem yet. Now, I get to play 🙂
DGN was always supposed to be fun, especially when you consider it was conceived as a parody of the genre anyway. It sort of evolved over the years into…well….DGN. 😉
It’s a good parody … unlike most. Some of my sons friends went through a manga phase (which meant I did too). I found Masamune Shirow – so far he’s the only one I would actually spend money to buy his books. In any case, I’ve really enjoyed DGN and am following Obsidian. As usual, it’s the good writing that counts. Keep up the good work!
