Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.

An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.

Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.

People can get used to anything.  Even bones on a beach.

It just means that the people are coming out of “crisis mode” and want life to be…if not normal…more normal than it has been.

Suspicious minds might think they were “guided” to the beach so someone could sneak a look at the surroundings and get an idea of where there were still folks living.

The trouble with democracy is the sense of entitlement it gives the plebeians… and the Patricians. Don’t you just hate it when the plods ruin your day at the bony beach just because the enemy might think the area could use another dose of poison?
