@Slamlander who says it isn’t using Tower Tech? Question who among our protagonists will be first to detect it? The Dweller probably has projected her appearance, only time will tell what or what or who it seeks and what if any gender it is.
Given the room’s decorations, I’m guessing it’s not tower tech – unless someone succeeded in stealing from a tower or it predates the towers (would an LCD screen last that long?).
