Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.
An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.
Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.
I think that the 1st Mariner would have the same sort of immunity. Kronos partly works by unlocking the body’s necrophages so you decompose before dying, yuck. A true, natural-born immortal, like Ian’s grandfather, would not have those, and his tissues would have reacted the same way. Abigail Aisling Caladharas may also show the same immunity.

– her name’s one of the leap survivors and she doesn’t have Kobalt in her. She has to be older than the 1st Mariner. Considering what it will take, her getting her memory back should be quite an event – not sure I’d want to be around when it happens.
I spent yesterday afternoon talking to a tech at Nycom. He also works in DAZ, Carrara, and Poser. He uses Octane and he gave me a very good rundown. GPU-based network rendering appears to work very well. It even works with the NVIDIA GT730 GPU (384 Cuda cores) on my wife’s machine. I’ll look at it and post on my FB page.

I just caught it in the comments section and James even admitted it. Hmmmm … James?
Reality just took a sharp turn towards the weird 😉
