While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)
So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.
That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.
So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁
Dana McAllen is a member of the urban exploration association that is currently investigating remnants of the worlds previous civilization. She initially made her debut in the Tunnelrunners side comic. She has been Ian's closest friend since early childhood, and is still his closest confidant.
Laura McAllen is former archivist for House Caladharas and is now a university professor, and the mother of Dana McAllen. She is also a long time explorer…and Julia Well’s fifth grade teacher.
That only tells me that the House isn’t very large or that he’s very new at management (Yes, we know he’s new and House Caladharas is not small) 😉 Experienced managers streamline their comms. That’s one way to know how experienced a manager is 😉
It tells you nothing. He has access to the same communications apparatus that his grandfather did. He also has a small set of procedures for five people in the entire world that bypass all of that. Each person knows of their method. They don’t know of the others unless they specifically tell each other.
Laura, Dana, Julia, Illitock, and Glass are Ian’s five.
Yeah, if the news is urgent enough to send via a personal channel like that, it’s urgent enough to send *now*. Poor Ian. Being at the tip of the pyramid exposes one to the *best* shitstorms…
