Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.
An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.
Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.
I can’t help but think we are about 1/3rd of the way through a horror movie in this arc.
We’ve had the tension building with the deserted structures and missing people, now they have a ‘secure’ base I’m just waiting for the ‘zombies’ (or in this webcomic, maybe mobile skeletons) to come knocking.
ISTR that the author doesn’t think much of Topwebcomics.com, … but Requiem has been slowly moving up and is now in the top 500. For those that are inclined to vote.
It’s not going up through any action of mine, that I can promise. I haven’t been able to log into that place since 2005. After three years of trying off and on to get my password reset and sent to me I just gave up (I can’t even delete the listing). Personally, I think they’re incompetent…and I wouldn’t give them a single clicks worth of traffic if I could at all get around it.
