Somebody emailed me recently asking about Ishara’s tattoos, so I thought that we’d actually show them off this time. Click on each picture below to see them larger.

As a former amateur photographer, I must comment on the increasing realism you’ve been achieving it’s getting much easier to forget that these are computer generated images ( I stopped before personal computers became available).
It all comes down to one program. Carrara. It’s the best and the fastest 3d program for this type of work that I’ve seen yet. During 2010, the 64 bit version of Carrara came out, and I was able to bring all the figures into one program without any workarounds/plugins. Being able to render everything natively helped a heck of a lot. It helped me with lighting and the overall realism of everything. I also went through a massive system upgrade at the time as well, and I was just able to throw a huge amount of RAM (and a top of the line processor) at a scene and make everything much more realistic.
