Hooo, boy. Ian, Targeter and their allies have been wondering and trying to prepare for Bellisarius’ next move. They correctly gauged that he wouldn’t let a little thing like being buried stop him… Well, their period of grace is up.

It’s going to be difficult to take over the world one touch at a time.

Also:
He’s going to be showing people what he can do – and what they are capable of doing.
He’s learning on his own. They have help from at least some of the immortals.

A great leader would place great value in suprise and not waste it. Guy’s definitley not altogether there.
