While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)
So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.
That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.
So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁
Andry McCraigyn is the chief of security assigned to protect the heir to Merchant House Caladharas. Andry is a gruff man…who has a special sense of discretion. He tries to do his job to the best of his ability, but he also knows when to look the other way. Especially when the 17 year old heir wants to go out on a date by himself.
Andry McCraigyn is in his late forties, and has been on the job for the last decade and a half…and he considers himself to be one of the best in the business. He isn’t wrong either.
Julia Wells, significant other of Ian Caladharas. Julia co runs the Wells Hotel in Erech’s Clocktower District. For those people who have rpg’d in this world: The Wells Hotel is now known as Cytheron’s. Julia and Ian tied the knot in the City of Greyrest in the Crossing Territories.
My guess is a bit of both. I love my father, but he has some less than ideal habits that I see in myself from time to time.
It’s believable that even though Julia despises her mother, she has some of her darker qualities. Part of the cost of being human. Unlike Wells Sr., Julia has learned not to let those qualities rule her.
Yeeesh, talk about edgy. Listening to those two you get the feeling she is an explosive device whose trigger is an unknown combination of words. Every comment made must take into account the effects previous words have had and work from there to disarm the device.

That was the effect I was going for. 🙂 I figured that with all the stuff these people had been going through the stress was going to show.
Especially with Julia, I figured she’d start getting a bit ragged around the edges
I’m just catchin’ up, but if Julia goes off, someone’s gonna be a crispy critter.
