Due to family medical issues, Requiem is on indefinite hiatus.

An elderly family member of ours took a bad fall on Labor Day night, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Hopefully, things will get sorted out, but as of right now, doing a daily comic is not something my schedule can allow.

Sorry to have this happen, but as everyone knows, real life comes first….and at least we don’t have too many running storylines on the backburner.

The Riddle, Part 2

Glass

Glass is a Threllichock pilot and investigator for House Caladharas. His Threllichock name is unpronounceable to human kind: his human handle comes from his crystalline talons (A rare birth defect among his people, they are considered a mark of ill omen)

Ian Caladharas

Thorondor “Ian” Caladharas is the 18 year old heir to one of the first of the Merchant Houses. An intelligent, independent teenager; Ian has a tendency towards irreverence and and frustration. In all honesty, he doesn’t care what his grandfather says he is heir to, he just wants to have a normal life. Or at least as normal a one as possible. (As my skills improved I made some revamps to this characters appearance to reflect aging and such as well. The top picture is how he is currently modeled. )

Comics: 1244
Recent Appearance: Sundown
First Appearance: 2004-06-18

Illitock

Illitock is the personal counselor to Jessica Tindal. Illitock is a member of an insectoid race called the Threllichock (at least as close as we can pronounce it). The Threllichock are the newest race to achieve full sentience and come from a society that was a communal hive. Approximately 7000 years ago, members of the race began to appear that were not members of the hive mind. More anomalies began to appear as the decades rolled on, and citizens like Illitock have begun to be fully integrated into House society. Several of them are now in highly placed positions throughout House society.

Hi, folks. My name is Frank (or MrSpock, because of my ears and my dream). I have started programming in 1985 and I work as a software developer now. I am basically both an old-school programmer (started with Pascal) and a new one (a child of the Internet era HTML, PHP) at the same time. I have basically lost a decade in the programming world. Losing the nineties is not as bad as it seems; I skipped the Windows era 😉

My dream in life is to develop affordable space travel and space tourism. As a result I also love collecting space related photos made by both pro’s and amateurs. One of own personal problems is that I tend to become an expert of a subject very quickly, so I have to keep changing subject often in order to stay sufficiently ignorant 🙂 This is why I am interested in many topics and many languages. Fortunately space travel has so far proven to be so complex that it will keep my attention for a long time 🙂

I’m usually more of just a lurker on the net but I’ll chime in when I feel I need to, looking forward to meeting everyone and being a part of the community! Well I won’t bore you guys and girls any longer, see you all around!
