A few things….
1. Requiem got reviewed over at Tangents. You can read it HERE.
2. The soundtrack lately has been Timo Maas “Loud”, Fluke “Puppy” (worth it for”My Spine”, “Another Kind of Blues”, and “Hang Tough”), and Empire of the Suns debut album (which has moments of pure, jaw dropping magnificence). I don’t quite know what it says about my state of mind, but the music has definitely filtered into the comic 😉
3. DGN is still running, currently at weekly updates (Friday/Saturday-ish) right now.
4. OGLAF is one of the funniest comics I have read in a long time. If you have ever been an RPG player, you will love this. I’ve gotta warn you though, it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NSFW!!!!!
5. Last, and most certainly not least: best wishes (and hopes for a speedy recovery) go out to Andy Odendhall of Too Much Information, who suffered a stroke recently. Get better soon, man.
And now, back to my regularly scheduled silence.
Just as a side note, the graphics are now up for the review; the review reads much better without being one huge block of text. ^^;;

That’s funny because I just responded on another review on my website.
Did I ever tell you that I don’t like critics and reviewer != critic? You got off easy 😉
You know, Slam, there are critics out there who give a critical view of the work and who are not trying to tear something down so much as point out what works, what doesn’t, and ways to possibly improve things. Now admittedly the vast majority of my older reviews are what one of my critic friends calls “softball specials,” but I don’t go tearing something to shreds for shits and giggles. And I don’t respect any of my confers who deem to do so. I have too much respect for the time and effort that goes into webcomicking to be a deliberate dick about things.
We’re not all assholes. And some of us write these reviews because we love webcomics and want to share the good ones (and even offer constructive criticism of these comics where and when it could be of value) with other people.

Are there going to be any more pages of Tunnelrunners? I’m intrigued about the murder victim they found.
Nothing from that corner for the forseeable future.
