Clockwork (The Halls of The Dead), Part 3 – Requiem: Silence

While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)

So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.

That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.

So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁

2024 is trying to kill me, I swear to Dog.

Good job on Clarence. He looks exhausted and sleep deprived. He solved a problem, so he’s satisfied, but… At a certain point, you not only don’t feel like yourself, you don’t even look like yourself!

The nanotech ‘disappearing’ robots thing was a nice move, too.

James, I love the way you’ve brought aspects of near-future, real world and cutting-edge tech into all of this, btw. (For those who haven’t looked into it, see: ‘claytronics’ and ‘utility fog.’ – vids on YouTube, as well. see also: ubiquitous computing.’)

  Thanks. One thing you gotta remember about Clarence is that while he may be in remission right now, he’s still not 100% healthy either. All of this is taking a toll on him.
  
  On a funny note, I just now noticed that the smoke from Clarence’s cigarette starts in frame 2, and goes all the way up to the top of frame 1, and is actually roughly in line with where it should be if you were actually looking at it in the real world.
