While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)
So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.
That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.
So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁
Dana McAllen is a member of the urban exploration association that is currently investigating remnants of the worlds previous civilization. She initially made her debut in the Tunnelrunners side comic. She has been Ian's closest friend since early childhood, and is still his closest confidant.
Thorondor “Ian” Caladharas is the 18 year old heir to one of the first of the Merchant Houses. An intelligent, independent teenager; Ian has a tendency towards irreverence and and frustration. In all honesty, he doesn’t care what his grandfather says he is heir to, he just wants to have a normal life. Or at least as normal a one as possible. (As my skills improved I made some revamps to this characters appearance to reflect aging and such as well. The top picture is how he is currently modeled. )
Something in me is both repelled and approving about wasting a good bottle of wine on her.
Repelled because it seems a shame to waste what is bound to be an excellent vintage.
And Approving because it seems so much better than some mass produced bauble.
Wine = spoiled grape juice. Thank god it’s not beer – that would be a waste! Don’t see why they can’t just throw drinking glasses/christmas/hogfather ornaments at her. That would be a lot more fun.
@Ken, The bottle reference is actually a tribute to an old interview with Ministry I remember from a long time ago. Something along the lines of “We know it’s gonna be a great show when Al (Jourgensen” gets bottled 😉
I am reading these comics for the first time. Believe me, I am liking them. Very interesting stuff. Bookmarked this site & will check the strips out often. I am sure it will make my life delightful!
I’m glad you’re enjoying everything so far, and hope to hear more from you here in the future. We keep to a regular schedule here, and I promise you that if you swing by M-F, you will always have something to read.;)

@Count Thalim, There’s more than wine in a fancy restaurant. Crockery fight, anyone?
