    No matter how good the plan is, at some point, you always end up winging it. …because no plan survives contact with the enemy.

      Occasionally, the plan itself is “wing it” or something sufficiently simple that it does survive contact with the enemy (shoot the enemy until either unable to fire, or the enemy is unable to fire). In general though, yes.
