Heh, Dana’s rule is pretty much how I heard it from a friend (a black belt in Tae Kuando) decades ago: when hitting someone, it’s ALWAYS hard to soft… The head is a tempting target, but it’s BONEY!
I learned that one the hard way about 25 years ago. I’ve still got scars from teethmarks on my hand from a back fist I did to someone back then.
