While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)
So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.
That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.
So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁
This lady (who chooses to remain nameless) is professional assassin who hails from the city of Naglorond. She does most of her work for private citizens since the end of the House Wars, where she was responsible for the deaths of a number of House personnel.
The handle she is currently using is “Targeter” All that is known about her so far is that she was a child prostitute in Naglorond who killed her way out of the business , and decided to never put her fate in the hands of another ever again.
When you have a hammer, nails suddenly become a lot more noticeable. Though if I were to trust anyone with that tool, Targeter and her people would be on the short list.
Fun Fact: Nukes go bad. The radioactive elements that drive the nuclear explosion will degrade over time. Especially plutonium, which is very touchy stuff. Nuclear nations have to periodically pull the warheads apart, break down the active ingredients and re-enrich them or they become “dirty bombs”, about every 5 years.
Private citizens *might* be able to chemically separate uranium or plutonium and rebuild the warhead elements. It’s a messy process involving toxic chemicals.

I’m not sure why this is even a surprise.
