While things are getting better a lot of things are still a trainwreck on my end.
While my cat has responded to the thyroid medication, she can’t take it as a pill which is the prime reason for all of her side effects (including being vomity as all hell)
So the mighty 15 year old furball is going to be getting a topical gel in her ears, and is on anti-nausea medication and a reduced dose of the pills until she can get on the gel.
That’s one thing that’s getting better…on the other hand, the day after I posted my message about things going on pause, an elderly family member banged themselves up in a fall and is still recovering.
So we are still in wait and see mode over here. When we know more, you’ll know more. 🙁
Thanks for the update. Sounds like you know what you are doing with the recovery so keep going and we’ll see you when you get through.
We aren;t going anywhere. 😉
That is all good news, thanks. I got what we call here an ergotherapist and those folks are good. But the injury I am recovering from is a stroke, a bit different from yours and the health insurance is different. I highly recommend a decent physio-therapist.
I had my right arm totally inflamed due to heavy mouse use, visited chiropractor regularly which would give short term relief. Yearly drama. I wonder if you have something similar. Switching to a trackball mouse fixed most of this issue.
I’m glad you’re feeling somewhat improved. Like everyone else has been saying, take the time you need. Our desire for more comics doesn’t even make the list of priorities. Your health should always top that list.
Also look into therapeutic massage. If you can find someone that does “sports massage”, even better. (Trigger point or efflourage are acceptable substitutes.) The relaxing blah blah stuff doesn’t do a thing for me; thumbs are forearms are required.
We aren;t going anywhere. 😉
Take what time you need. Be as careful as you need to be. We’ll be here.
r the pain? Works great and no side effects. No “visions” either.
