Everything is moving all the time. On a larger scale, the world is moving within the universe while the universe itself is expanding (moving). All of this is happening within a quantum computer – which consists of the data that we see as our universe, world, etc. For Clarence to affect a small space and the items in it, he has to have absolute coordinates. In this case he was able to determine them through prior knowledge of the location and the security (camera) system. To do clairvoyance, he would need to know the absolute location of everything, everywhere, at all times. In other words, he would have absolute power over the quantum computer that we know as existence. Any kind of a mistake, any at all, rewrites everything without an undo button. It’s evident that Miko and Ena have an idea of what he’s talking about.

If the quantum tunnel was tied directly to her absolute coordinates then as soon as she teleported out, she was outside the bubble. He should have created a specialized class based on her and attached the bubble within the class so that it was relative to her rather than a specific location. He must have done something similar with the spaceship otherwise when it moved the quantum tunnel wouldn’t follow.

Exactly. In a little while, some people are going to find this out the hard way,
